Kibbi is designed to organize family messages into reminders and action items. Your captured messages, uploads, family members, events, and action items are stored in your private account database on this server.

What Kibbi stores

Account email, family setup, family member names, captured text, uploaded files, extracted action items, events, and reminder settings.

OpenAI processing

If an OpenAI API key is configured, pasted message text may be sent to OpenAI to extract dates, events, and action items. If no key is configured, Kibbi uses a basic local parser.

Email reminders

If Brevo is configured, reminder emails can be sent through Brevo. Otherwise, Kibbi uses the server mail function when available.

Not medical, legal, or emergency advice

Kibbi organizes information. It does not replace school systems, coaches, doctors, calendars, or official instructions. Always review extracted items before relying on them.
